The Parent Portal (link on the right) is our platform for delivering the electronic version of your child's report card. Please click here for details and support.

Reminder: Your user name is the email address we have on file for you.

Note: If you did not create an account, one has been created for you, and you can retrieve your password using the "request a password change" link on the Parent Portal login screen, by entering your email in both the username and email address fields.

Important: Report Cards will become visible in the Parent Portal on July 7, 2023 after 4 p.m. As report cards are being processed (up to a week prior to release), login is possible, but viewing report cards is disabled and the multimedia tab is unavailable.

Our Lady Queen of the World Catholic School Council

Become a member of Our Lady Queen of the World’s Catholic School Council!

Our Catholic School Council is comprised of parents of students attending our school, the school principal, vice-principal, non-teaching staff, a student council representative, as well as parish and community representatives.

Council elections occur early in September, and our regular meetings are held monthly. Meeting dates are established at the start of the year and are posted on our website.

As a Catholic School Council Member, you have an opportunity to:

  • Provide and share valuable ideas and suggestions in a welcoming and positive environment
  • Express diverse opinions and acknowledge democratic principles
  • Help develop school policies
  • Participate in one of our Sub-Committees
  • Vote on where the school’s fundraising dollars can best used
  • Help build school partnerships within our school community
  • Meet other parents who share a common goals of parent engagement and student well-being and success

All parents are welcome to attend monthly meetings. If you are unable to attend, you can access information related to our monthly meetings via the Catholic School Council page.

The Our Lady Queen of the World school website contains important information about school policies and guidelines regarding attendance, uniforms, examinations, parking lot safety and cell phone use.

Contact Us

Those who wish to contact the school council by e-mail, may send e-mails to catholicschoolcouncilolqw@ycdsb.ca and they will be addressed. We would like to compile a mailing list of e-mail addresses in order to serve our school population better so please include it. Your e-mail address will be kept confidential.
