Friday, September 27, 2024, will be a P.A. Day in York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) elementary and secondary schools.
In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Regulation 304, “School Year Calendar, Professional Activity Days,” the YCDSB is providing the following summary of staff activities for the P.A. Day on Friday, September 27, 2024.
YCDSB P.A. Day: Friday, September 27, 2024 – FAITH DAY
On Friday, September 27, 2024, all YCDSB staff will participate in our annual YCDSB Faith Day. This day provides all staff the opportunity to come together as a faith-filled community and focus on adult faith development.
School administrators are tasked with facilitating a full school day of team-building activities and exercises grounded in our Catholic faith, focusing on tangible and concrete connections to personal faith development. It is a day where all staff are encouraged to centre themselves in prayer and reflection as the conduit through which we nurture our relationship with Christ.
